Case Management
How to organize investigations into cases.
Cases are how you organize ongoing investigations. Each case has a title, a status, an optional severity level, a written summary, and a list of attached wallets.
To create a case, go to credscore.us/cases and click "New case". Give it a title and optional severity. The case is created in "open" status.
To attach a wallet to a case, run an analysis on the wallet and click "Add to case" in the toolbar. You will see a list of your open cases — pick one and the wallet is attached with its current score and tier.
Each case has a timeline of events. Every wallet attachment, status change, and note is logged with a timestamp. This gives you an auditable history of the investigation.
Case statuses:
Open — active investigation, currently being worked on. Pending — waiting on external information or response. Escalated — moved to a senior analyst or compliance manager. Closed — investigation complete, no further action needed.
Cases are scoped to your user by default. If you are part of an organization, cases created within the org context are visible to all org members.
