Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information CredScore collects, how that information is used, and how it may be shared when you use the CredScore website, subscription flow, account access, and Analyst Desk.

Effective date: March 5, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to CredScore, including the website, pricing and subscription pages, account access, and the CredScore Analyst Desk. It covers information collected directly from you, information received from service providers that support the service, and information generated when you submit wallet analysis requests.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create or access an account, we receive account-related information from our authentication provider, such as your email address, account identifier, and basic profile details needed to manage access.

Billing and subscription information

Subscription payments are processed by third-party billing providers. We receive billing status and related identifiers such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, and payment status information needed to manage access and billing workflows. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Wallet analysis inputs

When you use the CredScore Analyst Desk, we process wallet addresses and related analysis inputs you submit so the service can generate wallet risk intelligence, briefings, flags, and supporting context.

Usage, device, and security data

We may collect technical and operational data needed to run and secure the service, including timestamps, IP address, user agent, request metadata, rate-limit information, and similar system logs.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, business inquiries, or product questions, we may collect your contact details and the contents of your message so we can respond and maintain support records.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the service.
  • Authenticate users and enforce subscription-based access.
  • Generate and display wallet risk intelligence and structured briefings.
  • Detect abuse, prevent misuse, enforce rate limits, and maintain security.
  • Process billing events and maintain subscription status.
  • Respond to support requests, product questions, and business inquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help operate the service, including authentication, billing, hosting, infrastructure, and similar operational vendors.
  • Data providers and infrastructure providers used to perform wallet analysis and fulfill analysis requests.
  • Professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, security, and operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Public blockchain data

CredScore analyzes public blockchain activity. Wallet addresses, transfers, and related onchain events are generally visible on public blockchains and through third-party infrastructure providers. CredScore does not make that blockchain data private simply because it is displayed or processed through the service.

You should assume that wallet addresses and onchain activity submitted for analysis may already be publicly observable outside of CredScore.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate subscriptions, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect information handled through the service. However, no method of internet transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may be able to update certain account information through your account and authentication settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal where available. You can also contact support regarding account or privacy-related questions.

9. International users

If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers and infrastructure operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means the updated Privacy Policy applies going forward.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or privacy-related support matters can be sent to wade@credscore.us.
