Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CredScore, including the website, subscription flow, account access, and CredScore Analyst Desk. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using CredScore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. What CredScore is
CredScore provides subscription-gated wallet risk intelligence, including structured, explainable, analyst-style trust briefings derived from blockchain activity and related infrastructure or data-provider inputs.
CredScore is not a credit bureau, credit reporting agency, identity verification provider, KYC provider, or consumer report provider.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and access
CredScore is subscription-gated. Payment processing and subscription management are handled through third-party billing providers. If your subscription is canceled, expires, fails to renew, or is otherwise revoked, access to subscription-gated features may be removed.
Paid access is conditional. A canceled or inactive subscription may result in loss of access to Analyst Desk and related paid features.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or subscription gating.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission.
- Use automated systems to generate excessive load or abusive request volume.
- Reverse engineer, copy, mirror, resell, or exploit the Service without authorization.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Use CredScore output as a false claim of guaranteed safety, legality, or compliance clearance.
6. Data sources and accuracy
The Service relies in part on public blockchain data and third-party data or infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, availability, or accuracy. Service output may contain errors, omissions, partial coverage, stale information, or degraded results.
7. No financial, legal, or compliance advice
CredScore does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, compliance, or risk assurance advice. The Service is a decision-support and intelligence tool. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any output.
8. Your inputs and responsibilities
You may submit wallet addresses and other inputs for analysis. You represent that you have the right to submit those inputs and that doing so does not violate any law, contractual restriction, or third-party right.
You are responsible for your downstream decisions, communications, and use of any analysis generated through the Service.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, interface design, branding, written materials, logic, workflows, and presentation format. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your subscription is active and you remain in compliance with these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, misuse the Service, or create legal, operational, or abuse-related risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRED SCORE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms apply going forward.
